• Scientific name of loquat:-Eriobotrya japonica
• Scientific name of sugar beet:-Beta vulgaris
• We are using loquat and beet to make a tasty sauce to make your snacks more tasty and healthy.

Recipe:-

Ingredients

• Sugar            75g
• Sugar beet   50g
• Louqat         150g
• Apple           120g
• Lemon         15g
• Mint             15g
• Preservatives
• Spices (salt,red chilies etc.)
• Ginger and garlic paste. 5g

Sauce

• Take all the fruits.
• Wash them properly with water.
• Add all the fruits, sugar syrup and water in a blender till homogenous juice is obtained.
• Sieve the above juice to separate pulp.
• Heat the pulp and add spices in it.
