Many people love watching reality television shows such as Keeping up with the Kardashians. It is a reality televisionKeeping up with the Kardashians Summary show of wealthy upper-class members of the society. The show has been aired for the past eight years. The reality show focuses on the lives of Kardashian and Jenner families. It has filmed eight seasons focusing on the professional and private life of Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney who are Kardashian sisters (Fernandez, 2011). The reality show also emphasizes on their brother Robert, stepfather Bruce and mother, Chris. The show emphasizes on the riches, fame, and statues of the Kardashians. The Kardashians are everywhere. It is hard to keep up with them. The Kardashians acquired their status and domination decades ago. The person who got the ball rolling is Robert. He is the father of Kim, Rob, Khloe, and Kourtney. The consumerist’s values as reflected in the show and the lifestyle of the Kardashians have made them become the epitome of popular culture (Fernandez, 2011). Their status, fame, and wealth as illustrated in the show make us believe that it is real happiness that everybody is striving to achieve.

The Kardashian lifestyle as illustrated in the show is an integration of popular culture and consumerism. The types of clothes worn by Kim Kardashian are a reflection of their fashion that we both long to imitate. The Kardashians have built an empire in business from reality television show, paid appearances, clothing lines, cosmetics and video games. The family has made headlines, and their fame allows them to grab every business opportunity that comes their way. The Kardashians lack in true talent. However, they have continued to attract millions of fans in America. The family is considered as the most successful family in the US (Fernandez, 2011). The family has good looks and successful marketing skills. As such, they have attracted a majority of their fans to their various lines of products and television shows.

The reality show “Keeping up with the Kardashians” has made people gain in income and understand the significance of family unity. The Kardashians family has told their story explaining that even though they are not perfect, they are a family who has stick together no matter the prevailing circumstances. Even with the lack of exceptional talent, the family has attracted fans to their shows. Kim, who is the most popular member of the family can neither act nor dance. She has produced several television shows have earned her a lot of money and fame (Fernandez, 2011). Some of the shows which have drawn over three million viewers a week include Khloe and Lamar, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami and Kourtney, and Kim takes New York. Kim fairytale wedding and divorce to his former husband Kris Humphries have made the family popular in the American society.

The Kardashians family also own multimillion-dollar profits business such as clothing lines and books. The three sisters Kim, Khole, and Kourtney are prosperous. They own several stores such as Kardashian collection and Dash among others. The women own several stores in different parts of the United States such as Calabasas, Manhattan, and Miami among others (McClain, 2013). The Kardashians have not stopped at the clothing line. They have also written a book known as the Kardashian Konfidential which describes their childhood experiences and how they grew up. The book spills out different things that their parents did not know. The book describes a funny outlook of the three sisters.

The Kardashians have also created beauty products. The beauty products range from skin care products to fragments. These women have done everything possible to create wealth, fame and find their status in the community (Fernandez, 2011). There is nothing these women cannot do. Keeping up with the Kardashians describes that the only way to happiness is wealth, fame, and status in the society. They are many people who have tried to find happiness by consuming the Kardashian products. The examples of the success stories of the Kardashians cannot be described as talent. They reflect a true success (McClain, 2013). The three sisters have made their family become strong since they know how to support each other. They are successful business women, and no can ever deny this.

The Kardashians have earned their success from group efforts. They have created all their products on their own. The three women have used social media extensively to find a market and launch their products. For instance, Kim Kardashian has over 10. 2 million followers on Twitter. She perceives her followers as an asset. As such, she can launch new products that meet the specifications of her followers. The high number of followers that Kim has on Twitter makes her to be perceived as a famous and successful person. She is happy because of several people who are interested in what she does on a daily basis. An ordinary person who loves watching the shows can tell that the Kardashians are a regular family (Guarisco, 2016). They depict a strong family bond. From the shows, we can tell that the Kardashians family has stuck together which is a reflection of a true family. The strong family bond enjoyed by the Kardashians enables us to believe that happiness and success is a primary product of togetherness. The family has been very successful because they have made the viewers to believe in what they do. Anybody who is successful in whatever they do is happy. Happiness comes as a result of success. We can tell that the Kardashians are a happy family. Their happiness has been derived from fame, status, and wealth.

The Kardashians have taken time to invest in their happiness. They have turned negatives scenarios to positive ones. It is difficult to understand how Kim became famous. But we realize that the pain and suffering she underwent made her realize her multi-billion businesses. They took time to invest in their health and happiness. This was achieved both emotionally and physically. At the end of it all, they have managed to attract positivity and remain relevant among their fans (Guarisco, 2016). For instance, Khloe has devoted her time to improve her health and to build a life she has always wanted.  Her effort to improve her health has enabled her to achieve a physique that has made her become a brand ambassador for different beauty products. She has achieved this through mindfulness and self-respect. Happiness comes about when one realizes his or her goal in life. Through self-respect and mindfulness, we can become what we want if we believe in our goals and aspirations.

The Kardashians value family above everything. Everybody desires to have a family. The Kardashians enjoy a strong family bond. They have stuck together and did their business activities as a group (Guarisco, 2016). Kourtney puts the needs of her family above everything. She has raised her kids with a happy lifestyle. The way she values her family makes us understand that we can only realize happiness if we value our families. We should put them above everything since they help us realize our goals. For us to be happy, we must accept that nobody is perfect. The Kardashians have become popular because they had to struggle with anxiety to allow them to eliminate the stigma of mental illness (Guarisco, 2016). Therefore, it is essential to understand that happiness is derived from success. We are destined to live a happy lifestyle by achieving our goals and aspirations.

So, it looks like Travis Barker bought some flowers for his wife. Apparently it was her birthday. Did you guys know he was married to Kourtney Kardashian? I didn’t know that. Blink 182 was my favorite band in the 90’s. Did you guys like Blink 182?
