Introduction
Organizations need capabilities to manage, develop, implement and monitor training and career development planning for its employees. Training is important for employee satisfaction and developing the interpersonal skills. Training and development play an effective role in the productivity of any organization, all organizations need to train and develop their staff, if they want achievements and success. Most of the organizations invest their efforts in other programs other than training and development; that organization can never get success, and cannot properly run their business. Training and development needs good management; appropriate expertises are needed to maintain the practices. Training Goals
Training goals are the achieved after the assessment process, the strategic plan of the company or organization, which are include to help employees are known as training goals; the purpose of training goals is to give knowledge to the employees, about the organization mission and goals. Setting goals help the managers and to evaluate the, training program, and also motivates the employee, setting goals often, increases the probability of success (Noe, 2012).
Training Methods
There are two broad types of training process, on-the-job techniques and off-the-job techniques.
On-the-job training is delivered to the employees, while, they are performing the regular routine work or task, after the plan is developed, then it should be taught to employees, and employees should be informed about the details. There is a timetable, which do periodic evaluation of the employees, on-job-training includes everything about job, example, job instructions training, internship, assistantship etc.
Off-the-job techniques include the techniques, which involves, lectures, films, discussion, case study, programmed instruction, laboratory trainings etc. some companies use verbal presentation, and other have written presentation. No matter what method is used, the important is to train the employees, for the better productivity or output by their performances. Newcomer should be given more importance or focus, at the place of employment because he/she may face difficulties in performing or give their best. Therefore, they should be helped by the training techniques, so they get comfortable, with the environment. Training techniques are depending on effective decision-making, realistic situation should be discussed in the training with the employees (Walsha & Schynsa, 2010).
Training Administrations
To carry out training programs properly, there is need to plan the program, careful attention is needed, to contribute towards success of the training program. Administration should know and design the training programs according to the need of the organization, for an effective training program, administration should follow the organizational objectives, determining the needs of training program, defining training program, decide whom should be trained, administer the training and evaluate the training programs. These programs can successfully give advantages to the training needs of employees; will increase effectiveness, to meet the expectations (Iles, Chuai, & Preece, 2010).
Evaluation of the Training
Training should be evaluated several times, during the process, when training is developed, employees should be evaluated, by their acquired skills. The comparison between the newly acquired skills, and old skills should be done, that what organization teaches to the employees, by the evaluation an organization comes to know about its fault and if the organization is lacking in some process of training then improvement is needed. The adjustments should be needed in the evaluation process; timely evaluation is needed to stay focus on the goals, training is not the one time activity, no individual or employee can learn from one time, there is need of continuous training that should be given to the employees, organization need to adapt new knowledge, job coasting and monitoring increase effectiveness.
The companies or organization need to evaluate their training programs and effectiveness should measure the behavior and attitude changes, for the effectiveness of the training processes and result continuous improvement and focus of trainees are need, expert advices should be there, by identifying the gaps in the training, customer and employee’s satisfaction could take place. For the assessment of the training need, assessment should be done before the, training programs are developed, identifying the specific problem should be the highest priority of any organization, management need top supported directly, to improve the employee job performance. The data should be develop for the evaluation, cost and benefits, should be assess as well as the, benefits of the improved job performance (Hutchinson & Purcell, 2010).
Human resources management is important for the training process, for the professional workforce, recruitment process should be adopted by the organization, to maintain the desired staff. The training of the existing and new staff can maintain skills level, the compensation packages, will motivate and retain the staff. During training if employees know, that their poor performance will lead them towards failure, they will try to avoid poor performance or laziness.
Need for Transformation
There is need of transformation in the organizations, employees training and development should be developed, organization need to develop the strategies to support the, training processes and should admit the changes, with the growing world. Significant strategies should be imposed obligation, for all the organizations, management and top managers should recognize the importance of the training programs. Training should be promoted, worthy investment should be done for the discovery of the new policies.

The management of human resource, especially the programs of training and development, plays an important role, in any business. If training is, continue to grow in any organization then, there will be innovations on product and services, and performance regarding productivity, of the organization will be better.
