Introduction
Green building is that method of making the atmosphere clean and hygienic for the people. It helps people in living in the society with ease and comfort. The overall society is being affected by it if it is not appropriate and not sufficient enough to be maintained on a high level by the industries and by the overall institutes that are specifically after this matter and handling such systems maintenance as well. It is the actual way to reduce the pollution and the dust or another polluted factor from the place where there is placed any of the factory or any other industry that emits black smoke and that releases dangerous other gases and toxic materials as wastes from them.
This is the most important and essential thing to take care of that the polluted things must be removed from the atmosphere in order to keep the people living there hygienic and healthy so that they can easily live there with comfort and with the best efficiency without comparing on the health facilities at their place. In the world no a day many of the buildings have been constructed that follows the formation that is why they are called the green buildings. The most important is that they focus on the maintenance of such buildings in order to make the working of the people around them smooth and effective in terms of being living healthy. The resources that greenhouse buildings used in their formation are not visible to the people but they are actually inserted inside the buildings with such efficiency that it will give the best results in terms of maintaining the sustainability in their construction. The components that make the ecosystem well are needed to be placed in such area in that building that makes the efficiency of the sustainability very much important and essential as Observation in College.
Visit To The College
When we had a visit in higher college of technology we have seen such technology. That technology is working very efficiently and making the whole atmosphere sustainable and comfortable for the students to stay there and study in a sustainable atmosphere. It has all the essential functioning that leads to the formation of a plant that makes the atmosphere sustainable and that leads to the making of overall atmosphere more comfortable. They are using solar plates to provide electricity to the college. That electricity is very reasonable and it is sustainable as well as it uses solar energy that comes from sun to enlighten the electricity in the equipment’s that are connected to that solar power plant.
The college is situated in the Muscat. This building is awarded by a great award in the competition of the college building held in the Oman. The two story building was equipped with each item that makes the house complete. The kitchen, rooms, floors, toilets it has all the necessary things in it. This building gets first award in the competition. The house has proper cooling system ventilation LED lights and all are run with the solar energy came from sunlight. The following parts are fixed in the house to make it sustainable:
Energy Usage
The energy is utilized by the solar energy utilization in terms of making the use of electricity with conscious use and affordability in terms of cost. 76 solar panels are used in the top of the building to enlighten the whole house.
LED System Of Lights
The LED lights are very much consuming energy and they also saves the cost of electricity. They are life time usage lights that consume less electricity and save more electricity as well.
Windows With Glazed Glass
These glass windows absorbs too many heat the save the house from the heat. They also consume less heat and make the house cool for long time.
Green Walls
The green walls are very user friendly they are very sustainable for the house. The outer walls make the house heat proof and these walls are designed according to the atmosphere of the Oman.
System Of VRF
It costs less in implementing it into the system. It saves more energy and it costs less amount of budget within the term of electricity. This system saves about 39% of energy which is the great plus point of this.
Although these methods when implemented in the buildings they cost very much to the building as we; as they are compulsory to be placed so they are if not available in the local country then they are being imported by any other country that costs double to the building owners. But in order to ensure the sustainability, they are forced to be placed that elements in their buildings. The actual sustainability passes through a number of procedures that includes programming, designing according to the best architecture and as well as with the best view as a must. The appearance of such buildings are very much important and essential as they are going to be viewed by the people from outside but from inside it must be fully equipped with sustainability equipment’s as a must. Many of the years before and still now a day the main issue on which there is the main focus of the world that how the people demands in terms of providing them greenhouse effect in the planet must be controlled and implemented with the best efficiency as a must.
