This article explains that what is a work breakdown structure (WBS) – A work breakdown structure (WBS) is the organized project that works into a manageable task, which is necessary to carry out the project, or to complete the project. WBS is very useful to get the information about the process that what needed to be done, the WBS can focus on the work activities, there is need to require and meet the objective of the project. The WBS can provide the steps to the successful projects; however, the database design and development can also be involved in the development process. Through using WBS the project manager, can get the information about the project, there could be better understanding and the project can be controlled or followed in the better way. Managers can able to control both business and personal projects through the WBS. It assists the responsibilities, it can give the accurate information, and it shows the control point and helps to explain the project scope, in better war, in regards to the project management form or requirements (Norman, Brotherton, & Fried, 2010).
