Visionary Leader

For success of an organization, a leader needs to have a vision; the leader must be creative and disciplined.Types of Leadership in Business He needs to be passionate, for achieving the long-term goals, a leader must have visionary power or he need to forecast the things. A focused leader can inspire to motivate his team to work hard to attain the organizational goals. The leader needs to be highly sensitive and a good predictor so he could evaluate the goals, he should strategic planning for the future goals, he must be risk-taker, and must be efficient in decision-making processes.

Instructional Leader

An instructional leader, design the curriculums for his team members, provide them with effective instructions what they should do for the efficient performance. The instructional leader focus on the individuality, he need to focus on every group member, and then need to guide them, he need to give the quality services or instructions that could be helpful for the entire team and the organization. Instructional leader must improve the instructional practices; he must learn the diversity in the community or organization so guidance could be given accordingly. Instructional leader manage the resources and the people, he must be knowledgeable and familiar with the environment (Hoppe & Reinelt, 2010).

Organizational Leader

Organizational leader focused on the management approach that what works to achieve the best, his approach is beneficial for the individual and the organization. Organizational leader, make the plans and the strategies to achieve the desired goals, he need to have the vision also, that what to do? Then the need to design the strategies accordingly, that how the goals could be achieved, and he need to understand his people or the team that who will work for the attaining of the goals. Organizational leader must have the skills to establish the relationships with the clients and the team members; he should be intelligent and motivated.

Community / Collaborative Leader 

Collaborative Leader is a management practice that can help for the growth of the company through making the strategic alliance, it is essential for the collaborative leader, that he must be able to collaborate with his team and must made his team committed to towards the organizational goals. He must be energetic and treat the members of group equally; there is need of his commitment at collaboration at every step. Collaborative leader must be adaptive and must create his team members energetic, he must teach the members to work for the collaboration, which can enhance the motivations and skills of team members towards organizational objective.

Ethical Leader

Ethical leader is the type of leadership in which there are ethical beliefs that are practice by the leader of an organization. The ethical leaders respect his group members, he gives dignity to them, and values them, and he protects the right of his team members. The ethical leader trust on his group members and work with team with honesty, he is concerned about the group performance and etiquettes that all the team members are following the rules or considerations or not. He deals all the employees with fairness and justice. Ethical leader follow the rules and regulation of the society and organization (Yukl & Mahsud, 2010).

Political Legal leader

Political-Legal Leader is the one, who follow the rules and regulation of the organization, the political leader must be take the decisions that are based on fairness, he is a leader who encourage the people by paying attention on them. Mostly, he is governing the laws, he believes on political legitimacy, he may suffer legislative deadlocks, he is the leader who governs the people based on government actions, and he may his own beliefs. He may be powered by the legal constituted government. He may beliefs on fascism, monarchy, democracy, constitutionalism etc.
